For the first time in the history of orthodontics, the development of 3D force measurement technology is delivering precise information concerning the magnitude and direction of applied forces. Dr. Hisham Badawi will report on results from the latest research at the University of Alberta that assesses resistance to sliding and changes in forces during tooth movement as they directly relate to wire alloy properties.
